The injuries have unfourtanetly created a tough situation for the players, the fans and the club overall. We've lost both Cisse and Baros in less than a month due to injuries and because of that some [not all] of us are quite pessamistic and depressed about how we will perform from now on.
Injuries were bound to happen, sooner or later it would make an impact on us. We were said to be a one man squad and that we could not go far without Steven Gerrard but the Reds proved that is not the case. Does Gerrard make a difference when he plays? Yes but our game is not revolved around Gerrard and now it is most definetly not revolved around Milan Baros.
It is quite unfortunate for Baros because he has been Red hot. He has worked his ****** off and scored his first hat-trick at Anfield and now he will be out for a month. But even so we have been in tough spots before and we've gone through it. It's not the end of the world as the captain of the ship returns.
Gerrard will boost the confidence of the whole squad, he can create a spark within the squad to get us going. It may seem that it's all doom and gloom but this is not the time to be pessamistic.
We're the fans of the most successful club in England and we have to show that no matter what is on our way that we will walk on with hopes in our hearts and we will never walk alone.
For those who are going to see the Reds play against Boro, I ask of you all to cheer for the lads louder than you usually would for those fans such as myself who unfortunately can not go to a game and sing their hearts out for LFC.
