Apparantly it was known Heskey was carrying a niggle/knock and yet he was still played. MON will not be happy.

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Skrtel had a mare today , of course he wasn't getting any help from his team mates . The youngtser hamsik didn't impress as well , he's been in sensational form for his club

Just back from the NI match. Cracker - great atmosphere. I gather there was some rioting before the match - all we saw was a lot of glass and riot police.

Boruc, the Polish keeper got wound up the whole game as expected. The funny thing was he then let in the softest goal you've ever seen - was he wound up by the crowd? Who knows. It was reasonably good humoured which I was glad to see. Arthur Boruc - Ulster's number 1 to the tune of the Torres song!

update...
benayoun left the game on the 75th minute.
the game is over now (1-1) , and benayoun is walking with a bag of ice on his right knee.
doesn't look bad at all now... so i hope he is ok.

israeli internet sites say that benayoun was hit on his right leg and left the game because of this hit.
it has nothing to do to his previous injury.
seems that it's just a hit with no real injury. he will be fit for the game
in greece on wednsday probably.
by the way, benayoun's assist tied the game at 1-1 on the 55th minute.
