I'm Singaporean and I can tell you that this is at least 70% untrue as I have not heard even a single bit of rumour here regarding this.
Also Temasek is not as rich as the Abu Dhabi people. Definitely as a soverign wealth fund, they are richer than Twit &but pale to as much as 1/10 in comparison to Abu Dhabi.
So you can strike this rumour off your list for now
