He Just on a wind up pay him no attention I put him on ignore now.
s@int wrote:Voronin? How much did he cost us again? Exactly
Over a million quid signing on fee and £2million a year in wages. 67 Players x a signing on fee = a lot of money

you can not count Aquilani ot for that matter Aurelio
so aquilani we new about him before we signed him and aurelio has been injury likley since we bort him.
we new and no both of the history of these guys.
so let get real you mean Torres, Gerrard,Agger, Mascherano, Johnson, Reira
5 players- 5 players is hard to be without, but the difference with us to other teams is in every postion of these guys we have n decent cover. Ngog, voronin lucas, that old greek guy. o please you are making out no other team can cope without injurys
No, I really do mean Aquilani and Aurelio. Last season Aurelio's form in the league was pivotal as was Xabi Alonso's. Who's Xabi's obvious replacement and who we know to have obvious talent? Aquilani. It's not Benitez's fault that Alonso wanted to f*ck off to Spain, is it? He handed in his transfer request FFS. Anyway, I'm confident that not only did Rafa buy a replacement, but a better player at that. He's more dynamic than Xabi ever was. But then again, when the heartbeat of the side leaves, it's never an easy task to replace it, and yes, I do believe Alonso was the heart of the team.
The way people are banging on in here, you'd think our first choice 11 was being battered week in, week out, when in reality the first 11 has yet to even have a run of two games to find its form.
Not Rafas fault you mean fact rafa pimping Alonso off behind his back to land wonder maker Barry(got wonder maker of FM2010 lol) didn'thim off ? come on lets get back to planet football here for a secound and think about things.
Didn't Alonso make it clear he wanted to leave that season too? I think he did. Fact is, Alonso had it in his mind for a long time that he wanted to go back to Spain. Madrid certainly knew it, and as soon as they came knocking, he was always going to split. He gave us five seasons for such a class player, and cost Rafa only 10 million and made 25 million return on him. Not bad.
See, what the Rafa haters seem to neglect is that when we had the likes of Houllier and Evans in charge (of which I have the upmost respect for) do they think that realistically we'd have had players like Alonso and Torres even playing for us? I don't. Most likely we'd have been all watching Torres playing for Chelsea or Milan with envious glee, wishing we could have such a super star striker instead of Diouf or Heskey.
I have some respect for Houllier none for Evans. No back the we had Owen who at the time was pound for pound as good as Torres so whats your point agian ?

and you do, and so do others, so no i no nothing.
thanks for pointing that out.
bloody americans fault taking torres off and spening 20million on a guy injured for months.
i have seen the light its all the owners fault.
Owen was as good as Torres?![]()
Have you not seen Torres' stats?
Owen was good, but he's not as an acomplished CF as Torres, not so quickly into his LFC career. In fact, no striker in the history of LFC has been as successful as Fernando has in the same space of time. BTW, Owen is a judas back-stabbing c*nt and shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath.
As for Roy Evans, why have no respect for him? He's Liverpool through and through. One of the Boot Roomers. You should have nothing but respect.
