I would say that Diouff is running close to the wire here, although it remains to be seen whether what he has done (and repeatedly done BTW) is serious enough to be a sacking offence.

I'm sure there's a clause in his contract which would allow for the club to cancel his contract in the case of gross misbehaviour, but whether spitting (especially after his disgraceful behaviour at Celtic a few years ago) is serious enough, I simply don't know.

Diouf is a disgusting pig of a player. But for the bnefit of Liverpool FC i would keep him and get a slight return on the millions we paid for him.

all I can see happening is him coming back and sitting inthe reserves on 30 - 40 grand a week!  Who the hell is going to want to BUY him?  noone, even IF they did, there is no way he will take a pay cut.  In all honesty i reacon we would save millions in sacking him.  Hell, I'll even hand deliver his P45
