you can't possibly defend Diouf TGO, he should learn from his mistakes, after the Celtic incident he was reprimanded and aplogized but he continues to do it.

Waste of time, Waste of space - ship him out of LFC ASAP.

WTF?? This is just plain ignorant and downright rude to people of Senegal...phuuiii !  :D

Don't try to defend the undefenable...maybe we should collect his spit sample and analyse it for drugs or other filthy substance and justifiably sack him ?

We should never allow him anywhere close to Anfield or Melwood ever again...

We don't want Diouf back, say Liverpool
By John Edwards, Daily Mail
30 November 2004
El Hadji Diouf is in danger of being left without a Premiership club after wrecking his chances of salvaging a future with Liverpool.

Sportsmail has learned that Liverpool have an agreement with Bolton that Diouf can be called back to Anfield at any time during his season-long loan. But, despite being left short of attacking players following long-term injuries to Djibril Cisse, Milan Baros and Luis Garcia, manager Rafael Benitez said:'We will not be recalling him.'

Benitez is believed to be dismayed by Diouf's record of indiscipline, culminating in a Football Association charge for another spitting incident against Portsmouth on Saturday, and wants him off Liverpool's books as soon as possible.

With Bolton struggling to meet his near-£30,000-a-week wages, as well as a transfer fee, the 23-year old faces an uncertain future.

Diouf, who cost Liverpool £10million from Lens in 2002, was charged with misconduct by the FA yesterday and is heading for a three-match ban for spitting in the face of Portsmouth defender Arjan De Zeeuw.

Despite apologising publicly to De Zeeuw and being fined two weeks'wages by Bolton, he was condemned by his own team-mates. M

idfielder Gary Speed said: 'To be on the receiving end of that is probably the worst thing that can happen to you.'

Bolton chairman Phil Gartside revealed that Diouf could be referred to a sports psychologist and added that discussions had been held with Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry over his future.

Gartside said: 'I only hope he can learn from this.'

If my memory serves me right, Diouf is definately the most hated player ever to put on our proud Red shirt

 it would simply be too easy to just release this clown -- he simply cannot ever wear red again but he needs to be punished -- release him and some team will sign him cut rate --  he needs to be loaned somewhere where he will just fade away -- find a real bad team in a rough league and loan him there -- no one will pay him what houllier did so he'll take his wage and suffer

this may cost alot -- face it he's basicly worthless --but it will send a signal to the others -- what is expected and what will happen if one offends the legacy -- expensive yes the right thing yes
