I was sucked in last night reading this topic, and have just noticed rushie's comment and link to rawk about the kit is 1 minute past twelve, and therefore april fools, so im not buying into any of it, that kit is fake, has to be, when have there ever been pictures of a liverpool kit out this early, never!

The kit is almost identical to benfica's and denmarks kit so i reckon for the prem season 06/07 adidas will surely have some new designs!

Nice try though Ciggy, your April fool is a lot more descreet than others.

Not april fool mate look at the time I posted this topic yesterday.
And RAWK has been hacked.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Ok, so if this is correct, which of the two kits is the real one? Thy're 2 completely different shirts. The Number font, collar, stripe thickness and sleeve ends are nothing alike in either pic. I'm more prepared to believe the top one, but the bottom one has photo shop written all over it. And the adidas site has nothing, there have been no official press releases and the club haven't said... Oh, I get it. This is one of those knock offs that turn up in Asia before any new kit is released, or it's a decoy to make sure the forgers can't know the real kit.

When I see Jamie and Stevie wearing Adidas kits, I'll know the truth.

As far as i am aware, the players requested the badge to be made as a sticky, as the other way itches, anyone who plays footy in a top like that will know how fu*kin annoying stitched badges can be!

And i hope that top is the real thing, looks very smart

its nice but not the best we've had. (if it is real). Dont really like the white bits on the back - espec on the lower pic with one number.

Interestingly its very very similar to the designs on here in january that were rubbished... take a look

http://www.liverpoolfc-newkit.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=15397

and also

http://www.liverpoolfc-newkit.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=15132&hilit=adidas

It is exactly the same except for the badge. But back then everyone said It's a mock up from the Denmark international kit......

.....so who knows

OH MY GOD! This is so fake, how is anyone buying this cr@p? It's obviously a pre-emptive april fools. We've all been raving for the bast part of a year about how much more stylish and sophisticated Adidas are and you guys subscribe to 2 shoddy pics, one of which is so blatently a photo shop mock up! You can even see the line where Gerrard's name and number have been cut and pasted! And why the hell would a professional outfit like Adidas paint a luminous green line that looks like it was done in microsoft paint all over a picture which is just the Denmark kit with Stevie's face next to it? No big unvailing, no shots of any players wearing the kit, nothing official, just some 2 cheaply made shots of two completely different shirts. My @rse that's the new kit.

the quote is " an artists impression of what the kit might look like"

it is not an april fool, just loads of fools rushing to believe the first thing they see, the offical site will be the first glimps we will see of it unless you work in an addidas factory in asia and have been busy ironing on the badges on a 14 hour shift..........

Best tops we've ever had had those on em!!!  :buttrock :)

Best tops were the pin stripes, regardless of fashion we won heaps in those   :D

My fave LFC kits were the early Adidas kitas we used during from 85-90 but the pin stripes were classic 80's! I just got me 'classic' bright yellow Umbro retro shirt from the online club shop. It's absolutely disgusting but i've been wearing it to footie training the last 2 weeks. It's so bright the other lads are wearing shades!
