Finnan                                Skrtel                 Hypia                Riise

                                                      Torres

I'd fancy torrest to get a hat trick :D , and a goal for kuyt and Masch to add the icing on the cake

Mascherano and Finnan are both out

Would be happy with a boring 1-0 win....Don't mind if kuyt end up getting that winner too  :p

The important thing at this moment is to make sure we are in the draw for the quarterfinals next week....

You will be disappointed mate. The manager's pre-match press conference indicated there would be changes for this game. Must admit I don't really blame him though. Wednesday's game is massive so i think we will see the big guns on the bench at Anfield tomorrow. Expect to see Yossi, Crouch, Lucas and Pennant back in for this one.

if rafa does make changes..... i will support that. This is the time to rotate. Glory in champions league is more crucial than finishing 4th. Sometimes you have to take risk to reap the dividends.  :)

Surely the idea of rotation early in the season (when there is no need for it. At all) is to allow for busy schedules like right now. The players should be rested enough and fired up to take on games like this. If Rafa rotates now, what's the point in rotating in August?

Masch is out so Rafa SHOULD draft in the boy Lucas and keep the same formation. Don't f.uck around with it, Rafa - whatever you're doing right now is working.

IF IT AIN'T BROKE....
AND HERE COMES AVI COHEN!! OH I SAY - AT THE SAME END HE'S GOT ONE BACK!!!!!!!!!!

If torres plays ...it would be a cricket score. But if he doesn't...it might be a tough 1-0 win...  :D

Newcastle will be very motivated. When you're humilliated at home you always want to fix that wound to the pride in the next encounter.

That factor and the fact that pre-european games have been a disaster this season, makes it a worrying game, as Dawson points out.

Mascherano is out and that's a big loss for the team. But that's where a quality deep squad is important and no excuses, the one entering the team must do a good game.

Concentration and attitude are key. If those are right and we are not thinking on the wednesday game, then I'm confident about the 3 points.
