SSN were first to report this during the night and the bbc have only reported it once.

I wouldn't believe any off it mate Iv'e been looking over the back pages and it is all doom and gloom for Liverpool, there is hardly anything on the Mancs.Just the usual pre Liverpool Manc game dribble they serve up to turn the screw on us,

I'm off to the march and I think it is going to be huge they are saying 10,000 plus will be on it I think it could be more like 20,000

look out for them prats that were posting on the other forum on friday saying they are going to use the march to start i fight with the police and man u fans.........most of them are not even liverpool fans they are renta mo, the onse that start all the fights in london when there is any march.
the police know they are going and are goinjg to try and stop them at the train station, theres around 100 of them said to be going.

I know I've heard all about them we will do them in ourselves if they cause any sh*t.

This is a massive they for our club I just hope peoples passions and emotions don't get the better of them.

Most definitely a good article.  It was a real eye opener in places and confirmed a lot of the 'vibe' we've already heard about Benitez in other places.  It's full of quotes from people who have played for or worked with Rafa and so is more than rumour and innuendo, IMO.  There's no question in my mind that this is a character snapshot that should be seriously considered rather than dismissed.

Are/were Cloughie, Ferguson, Fat Sam, Roy Keane, Styeve brue any different?

Fanaticism and social skills rarely go together.

Perhaps Reg but I find this man-management issue increasingly worrying.  It's one thing to move on the likes of Pennant and have him whinge in the press about Rafa but when someone of Alonso's calibre feels it's time to go, it's surely a problem?

As far as i know alonso has not said he left because of Rafa. If he hated him that much he surely would not have stayed this long.

RM came with big money for him to play in his own country, for a team filled to the brim with star players. Hardly a surprise he was tempted to go.

Also the tax rate changed to 50% in England where as in Spain there is an exception for football players so they play a lower rate. This is why all the improved contracts at the beginning of the season.

So should we still sack him?
Fickle comes to mind.
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,
