Just gone away from this site to read bbc and I have come to the conclusion that if Liverpool do sell either player I will resign from football and follow the LA Lakers.  :D

I'm giving some serious consideration to buying a 3rd property myself. I'd love to get into property developing myself at some stage but I know feck all about painting/decorating/building etc.

thats because mate, the more you earn the more you spend cos the more luxury you can afford. Shitholes like us would stand and drool at a luxury car or a hotel or anything of that sorts.. whereas these guys can afford such things widout much fuss..   :shifty

Its not Mashers fault that wages in football have gone through the roof and if other important players are on 75 to 90 grand a week then masher deserves to be on it as well .

On a serious not ethough, I just can't believe that Mascherano is only on 25k a week. week. Surely his owner would have made sure he got a much better deal than that?

Employ people to do that for you , That time your helping the economy an all

yeah but it's knowing the right people isn't it so that you don't get some dodgy people and end up getting ripped off or maybe I'm a bit paranoid. So do you do the major redesign (knocking down walls etc) property development or the redecorating type Nanny?

Yeah I reckon that is grade A crapola as well. I'm getting a bit fed up with all the spin from Mascha and am starting to look forward to him fecking off. To be honest I've never really warmed to Mascha like I have Xabi.

Real Madrid, 'free spending' Real Madrid, can shove their measily £20 million up their spanish ar$es. They pay £50+ million for a number of players then when it comes to buying one off us the price drops to £20 million - I hope Rafa tells them to fuk off and never does business with the low life paella eating cnts again.

It's 30Mil now isn't it? Anyway now that they have given up on Villa (for now) maybe we can command a bigger fee.

btw I eat Paella too and I like it. :D

On Maschs salary though, Lucas has got to even be on more than that.

Taken from SSN story...

Real Madrid still hold hopes of prising Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso away from Anfield, according to club director general Jorge Valdano.

The Spain international has been the subject of intense interest from the free-spending Primera Division side this summer but the midfielder stressed last week that he was happy in England.

However, Alonso's statements have not ended Madrid's interest in the £20million-rated midfielder - a £10.5m buy from Real Sociedad in 2004.
