International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

teams from the lower division would ask a club like LFC  for £1m for a full back from Rochdale who had played 10 games. I mean Forest  rejected £5m for Andy Reid and say he is worth £10m, A few caps for Ireland doesn't mean much ( I'm Irish, I should know - Staunton got over a hundred for F sake.)

It is their own fault for being greedy, I have no sympathy for clubs in financial trouble, if you go abroad you can get better deals like Josemi at £2m.

Football has changed and there aren't many Ian Wrights or Les Ferdinands coming up from lower divisions.

There is a lot of greed in the game especially at lower division clubs
10 million is ridiculous for Andy Reid

Your right, why pay money for lower division players when you can pick up a hard working scandinavian for peanuts in comparison.

I cant believe mind you that there is not a real diamond out there somewhere that a man like Benitez could make into a classy premiership player
