Their bloke was harshly sent off, and I can't help thinking we are going to need to take advantage if we are to see these off. I would definately advocate bringing crouch on for Kuyt (although the Dutchman has had a decent game so I'm not slagging him) and going to a genuine 4-4-2. Now it's 11 v 10 we really could do with winning the game. 1-0 would be nice, but if we could sneak 2-0 than we might really be talking. Time for some bravery me thinks, becasue the game has a slight nil-nillish look about it to me, and if we were to board the plane to italy with that score behind us after a numerical superiority at Home, that would be very disappointing.

If it's still 0-0 with ten minutes left, i would even consider taking sami off and really going for it. Fine performance so far from the lads anyway, with Masherano in particular putting in a typically monster like performance.

Crouch needs to come on and help create some space for Torres...he's been a little slow, but he hasn't had the space to move either. I think Crouch will cause some trouble and Stevie and Torres will capitalise.

What can you say about Kuyt that hasn't been said before. You can't doubt his effort and enthusiam, but a lot of it seems wasted.

If it's 0-0 with 10 mins to go, I fancy a kick about.

:D

Not so strange when you have poor passing from the midfield and defenders.
And right wing is not good for Kuyt.
He hasn't really been much tested.

All attackers didn't impress.

We have to be so careful with any changes we make now, keeping the shape we had in the 1st half is so important.

Almost a perfect first half, just missing a goal :D glad he sent him off that will hopefully stop the rest of the dirty tw@ts from pulling at shirts.

Get Crouch on and Pennant to cross to him now they are short on height at the back and get a couple of goals. Carras shorts must have deep pockets to keep Ibrahimovic in them
