could he play in the champions league if he has already played in the uefa cup with west ham?

He can play tomorrow night but will probably only be on the bench. Rafa will have the team and tactics already set up so it's unlikely he'll change them now.

I thought he had been cleared to play in the Champions League for quite sometime now. So why would'nt he already be in Rafa's plans for the game.

Happy days....a great opportunity to give him a start next Saturday home to Sheff UTD!
