I have it on good authority that rafas looking to bring him to anfield in the summer, I friggen hope not, hes noway liverpool material, i know rafa said recently he was looking for players with the right menality but the problem was finding the ones who are hungry for success, this could be why hes looking at him. with saints going down he will be cheap but ffs peter Crouch, have to lift the tunnel when he runs out

As i say its only something ive heard its not 100% sure so dont quote me ok.

Hes had a purple patch 2nd half this season thats all,Div1 player IMO,just look at his time at Villa....

Well to put it one way he wasn't the first name that would have come to mind. He's just not good enough. So i say no chance of him coming. I can't really see us taking a step forward with crouch. But in saying this he has impressed me recently with his performances for saints. We want winners that play for good teams that can win the title and champions league for us, someone that can score 20 league goals not a guy who scores 5 a season whos day job was a water boy before he came into football.

The thing is though we will have to have 6 or 7 english players at the club for next season this a the rule, he is better than mellor, and wont cost much, I know hes not what we are looking for but wont be a bad sub to have if we are needing a goal against the likes of boro, Bolton or the bitters next season.
Its safe to say Baros is a gonner, would love michael owen back we still need to get 2 strikers incase of injuries next season.
We have 3 strikers now, 2 arnt scoring cant include cisse cause of his injury, morientes finding the prem very difficult, Baros well i duno i think his confidence is shot to pieces, and i am bleedin sick of big @rse defenders booting him everywhere all the time. :angry:
