Whats all this nonsense about we need to get behind Dudek because he's our keeper. We have Harrison and Luzhy. I dont give a stuff if they lack the experience. A good keeper is a good keeper.

When your senior keeper has no confidence, put one of the kids up. They could not possibly do any worse than this clown.

Who knows? One of them may be another Cech. Who the hell was Cech anyway 12 months ago. He was a nobody struggling in a 5th rate team in a 3rd rate division.

Until a top drawer keeper is available, lets see if we have a Cech already at the club.

you mean Luzi i take it tel, hopefully Harrison gets a game against Burnely 2nite, see how the lad goes - I believe he is a liverpool fan as well as his father was killed at Hillsborough so he knows what it means to don the red shirt.

Give the lad a go. He'd be chaffing at the bit to make his father proud.

I'm all for the experienced players that have joined the club. But I'm also for kids being given a chance when the experienced players are underperforming.

Mellor has done well for us when we needed the lad. Or are we forgetting his critical goals against Arsenal and Olympiakos?

Harrison should be given his chance. If he fails, all well and good, but we'll never know until he's given the chance.

Dudek keeps failing, and he's been given every chance.

Dudek is playing tonight (Burnley) if the pitch holds up.  Benitez said on Sky Sports News yesterday
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

I take it all the guys postin here live perfect lives and dont make mistakes? Get real, we have - on his day - a great keeper in Dudek. So do alot of clubs, it's jus the only 2 WORLD CLASS premiership keepers are paid in Russian bank rolled cheques.

if u say dudek is world class on his day... haha .. but the thing is that he is seldom on his day...
pls.. at least stop a simple shot like that.. as a keeper.. u  do not need to have a great day to just to make a stop to that rooney strike.. even at the worst of days.. cant afford to make such mistakes.

dudek= down class...

Dudek did mess up. But what about Hyppia? I found myself screaming RUN AT HIM! WHEN Rooney was lining up to shoot. he just didn't bother. Surley he must have thought Rooney would shoot, but he just stood and pretty much waited for him to shoot. Why didn't he try and block it. if you look at the replay he almost moves out the way.

That being said, i don't think Dudek has ever really recovered from the howler he made against them last season. Every time we play them he is going to have alot of added pressure so i think its probably best to get a new keeper in.

Mark lfc  your talking rubbish.. Hypia is far from being ******.  He has made a few errors this year, but nothing that has cost us points.  He beat Saha all days long in the Man U game, and kept Ferguon in his pocket against EFC.  The guy is class, and still has a few years in him yet.

Lets all remember we where playing a diffeent defence than we have ever played before, with Pele at CB and Carra at right back.

Hypia, Carragher and Gerrard were all within 20 yds of Fat Boy, but they all left it to each other.
But Dudek was the main culprit, he says he was intending to parry the ball. Well, that says it all for me, any decent goalie would have been going down to catch the bloody ball and kill it stone dead. I don't think he is bold enough, he is too half hearted.

ur talking out your ar$e now, i was at the match and ferguson didnt even start, and when he did come on, he had a confrontation with hyypia and hyypia fell over like a big girl.

after that hyypia didnt want to know, and wouldnt mark him cos ferguson was giving him hassle.  when there was a throw in or a corner hyypia was telling other to pick him up

i get you never seen this cos you probably went to make a cup of tea you armchair supporter

who is this hustler you talk about?

hyypia is far to slow at the moment and it will show even more next season

i hate the way you all jump on peoples backs whenever a bit of critcism is levelled at one of the players, i for one think that hyypia needs replacing with somebody a bit younger(and no i dont have any suggestions) cos the man is too slow now.

before hypia came to liverpool ferguson used to terrorise the liverpool defence. the likes of ruddock, babb and yes jamie carragher couldn`t handle him. thats why under evans we couldn`t do feck all against royle`s everton.
hypia has played ferguson better than any other centre half in the league.
carragher looked lost without sami against watford and near the end he misread a long through ball and only traore`s pace bailed him out.
maybe sami isnt the same player he was three seasons ago but he`s still the best centre half i`ve seen since hansen retired because of his dodgy knee.

fergusons finished now and fair enough traore bailed out JC against watford, but how many times this season has JC moped up other peoples mistakes, he has been our most consisent performer, id make him my player of the season so far, ahead of gerrard because of the improvement he has made
