Well thank god the international break is done and we can finally look forward to some proper football again. And we’re first up at 12:30 on Saturday. Awkward game for Jurgen and his coaching staff to prepare for as it's Claudio Ranieri's first in charge of Watford so we have no idea how they'll setup.

Brazil's game with Uruguay finished at 3.30am last night so there's no chance Alisson and Fabinho will play. The game has come a little too early for Thiago and Jones has come back from international duty with an injury. Elliott's a long term absentee. But Trent and Jota are available having had knocks recently. So I'm guessing something like this.

Yeah it's a pain not having 2 of our best players but it's out of Klopps control. Eagles mid is about the best we can field but imo it's poor and they will be under pressure. We just have to hope it's enough to get through it with 3 points.

Hopefully we have a rejuvenated Bobby starting and raring to go. We need a big game from him and he needs it just as much.

Sarr is a big threat for them and he will be out to impress after all the speculation of a move or failed move to us.

We should have enough quality and experience there to cope with their threat and seal a win. I will have a pop at 4.1 to us 

Even with the absent players we should still have enough to beat these.

Not that I mind Kelleher getting a chance but Alisson didn't even play yesterday, they must have known they're not going to play him for that game so they could have sent him back sooner if they wanted to.

We've got a good record against these at Anfield but at their place they have been a bit of a bogey side for us of late, I seem to remember them getting a last minute equaliser against us in a topsy turvey 3-3 draw (from a corner iirc) and I think they battered us 3-0 last time we went there as well. That 3-0 game was a proper @rse kicking, we weren't at the races at all. We never seem to do well in these early kick offs either.

We're driving down to Watford a bit later tonight ,staying in a hotel before tipping up at Vicarage Rd. Hopefully,it will be three points and traveling back Saturday night with out thoughts of kicking the dog......


Only joking about the dog as shes a fully grown Dogue de Bordeaux and would in all probability have my leg off.

After 2 draws we must get 3 points here, I just hope them lot are not mega fired up because of new manager syndrome.

Super stuff from salah for the goal, left rose for dead and what a pass to Mane who finished first time. Great pass great goal!!

Glad we got the 2nd goal. Looking so easy against Watford was worried complacency might creep in and cost us.

Now we have that cushion.

More of the same second half please lads and we can run out 4 or even 5 goals to the good.
