Well...Watford better stay up then. They are the team I most wanted to escape the relegation from being at the bottom of the league at Christmas

Dejan Lovren is stealing a living.

Gomez and Hendo have been missed massively.

This is only our 3rd loss in 2 seasons so we need to keep this in perspective, the law of averages suggested we were due a defeat anyway. The important thing is how we bounce back.

Let's just judge our performance over the past 2~3 games, and you will get a clear picture

That's it 0-3...we didn't break City's record of 18 consecutive wins

When you play week in week out for 9 solid months there are going to be periods where you don’t play so well.

Shame I was really hoping we beat City's record and even go invincible. Poor performance, we are going through a bit of a patch

OK no one comes out of this game with glory and it's no doom and gloom but honestly anyone here still hoped to see Lovren in a red shirt again?

Fair picture...but we have been stuck on first gear since before the break, so this is an alarming trend that we are carrying into the knockout stage of CL

It would have been nice but the main thing us winning the league. After the city defeat last year we went on a winning run, we can do that again.

Fair play to Watford what an incredible result for them, live on in their history. Had to happen eventually. I'm not blaming any individual but when VVD is more interested in tying his hair back than playing football its a bad night. We will bounce back.

tbh those records don’t mean much, trophies are what count and we are on the verge of adding the premier league title to the CL we won last year. This team have performed miracles over the last 2 years.

Front three running on fumes.

Midfield, running out of ideas.

Defence with Lovren in it..effectively a goal start for the oppo- what he is doing starting ahead of Matip is a joke and why he stayed on is beyond a joke.

We have ridden our luck quite a few times this season and it seems to have run out today.

Time to try something different in the line-up . Hendo was a miss today and so was Gomez.
