Good win and great game by our forwards. Fantastic for Bobby to get a hat-trick almost right after coming back from an injury break and Mo is out of this world, best player on the planet at the moment. All in all a good result plus we rested a few players, albeit some forcibly.

Now let's hope our rivals drop points this week again. Don't expect City to drop anything but hopefully Brantford can manage a performance against Chelsea like they did against us. Leicester getting something from United would be nice too.

What was especially pleasing about Bobby's hat trick was all 3 goals were the type of goals he probably hasn't scored enough of throughout his Liverpool career. Those 2 yard tap in's are a strikers stock in trade, the likes of Jimmy Greaves and Gerd Muller etc became legends off the back of them.
I think a lot of people (including me) thought this could have been a tricky game today but we were absolutely magnificent from the kick off right through to the final whistle, nothing better than winning the early game and then sitting back and watching the weekends footy unfold stress free.

Poor Bobby...everyone complained about his lack of goals and here he is scoring a hat trick (of tap ins) and getting almost zero airtime

To be fair Mo is stealing everyone's thunder atm even the likes of Messi's, Ronaldo's and Mbappe's not just Bobby's, the man is on fire.
That goal of his today reminded me of one Eddie Gray got for Leeds when I was a kid and the assist for Mane's first was right out of the top drawer as well, he's in the form of his life which is saying something because he hasn't exactly been shabby the past few years!
