I know what you mean. Many of these players seem plastic, like actors acting as footballers.
I've never felt so down, even under Hodgson. I'd imagine that's because the owl was booted out quickly. The owners love Rodgers. So does the media. As do the staff, apparently, though I imagine we'll hear a lot of horror stories if n' when he finally gets the boot.
I've said before though that I'm not sure of the wisdom of sacking him now. Rodgers has built this side and frankly it's the poorest I've ever seen. Woy brought in some shyte, sure, but there were good players already here. I'm not sure any manager could do anything now and would be facing a lot of pressure very early on. The majority of these players simply aren't good enough. Maybe only three or four of the first team would stay if a top manager came in.
I and a lot of others knew this was coming. I can't believe FSG allowed this. It's complete amateurism. I know some think that a better manager could make something of these players. But do they have enough faith in them that they'd have a new manager risk a vital good start, trying to navigate them through to January?

So anyone that thinks Klopp or Ancelotti would consider us a viable destination, think again.

BR did ok Sunday, the players let us down not BR. If he's realized the hoof it plan didn't work and he's going to revert back to the passing plan we really liked then give him a chance? everyone drops a bollock in their lives, lets see how he rectifies the mistake.
