My opinion on this is Yes, the job is definitely too big for him. Why fsg appointed him in the first place still baffles me to this day. A club of Liverpool's stature and global fanbase needs someone at least of Rafa's calibre ie won titles in the tough leagues. Not a manager with one year experience in PL that finished midtable and a struggling Watford and sacked Reading manager previously. Why did they think such a guy was good enough to bring back the glories?
Fsg can be ruthless if you don't get the results. If they can sack the King, they won't think twice to sack Brendan if results continue to deteriorate to Christmas starting with a CL defeat in Bulgaria. TBH we're the worst performing side in the PL at the moment.
