I think each club's fans' have their own expectations, of where they need to be, and we are no different. Our fans expect better, than losing woefully to two teams in the relagation zone.

You are criticising some of the most loyal trusted supporters in the game,the Kopites, most from Liverpool. Which I have never done. them Booing, is always a last resort, they always back the manager, until it becomes a crisis. Some have been stood on that Kop for 20/30 or even 40 years! and you call them Ignorant, Childish W@nkers and they need a Slap!!!!

We say we are different and our behaviour through the decades has proven this. Its only with the likes of you that the standards have slipped and we are becoming like other suppotrers.

I think the honest hardworking  working class people who pay £900 quid for a season ticket, or £42 or so per home game to sit in the Kop which they can barely afford, deserve better, and is really getting on their nerves, after backing a manager for so long. The deserve more, and are entitled to Boo if they want to.

You should go to the movies. The #good guys' always win. I'm afraid your entry fee alone isn't enough to guarantee success. Lots of teams have fans paying entry fees. We can't all win. What YOU are saying is that if we win, you can cheer, but if we lose then your entry fee gives you every right to boo, yes?

Firstly, your needlessly veering off-topic with irrelevant bickering. Stick to the topic.

Secondly, in my post I criticised the Anfield faithful and for whatever reason you have made out that I said the ‘Kop faithful’ and that I’m criticising ‘Kopites’, I don’t know why you did this but I’m guessing that you feel your part of an elite few Liverpool fans whose opinion is the only one that matters. I never forced anybody to read my post or agree with me, take it or leave it.

Finally, I’m not trying to control other peoples opinions but I’m merely trying to voice my opinion and I’m glad a few people agree with me. I agree that those results were shocking and unacceptable but we need to get over this rough patch. It’s a long rough patch but if we can come out the other side a better team with valuable experience then the end will justify the means.

Of course, if we keep slipping then something has to change but for the rest of the season I’ll be watching LFC giving my full support.

I love the club and I’m sure you do too, we all want success but as people said earlier City have spent millions and have won one solitary trophy and are cracking under the pressure.

Patience is a virtue « that’s a old proverb, those people who are in the stands 20-40 years should surely know that.

The thing I'm curious about is why some people think a change of a manager is a bad thing? For us I can only think of 2 changes of manager which have resulted in us getting worse, one was Souness and the other was Hodgson, all other changes have seen us improve. With that in mind why are people so resistant to replacing kenny when it is fairly fecking clear that it's not working with him at the helm.

Firstly, why would changing the manager necessarily be a good thing? There is NO guarantee what so ever that it would change anything.

I don't understand this logic, we go through a slump and we should change manager - how many managers will we go through in the next three years because we hit a slump, 6 at least by this illogical thinking.

I'm sorry, but this IMO isn't how supporters should support their team and manager especially when the first sign of trouble comes along. WHY DON'T YOU JUST WAIT AND SEE AND BE A LITTLE PATIENCE instead of knee-jerking our problems; remember after all you did ironically say that you wanted, or wouldn't mind having Rafa back and your haste in wanting him out was (in hindsight) wrong. Why don't you think about this and apply it to Dalglish's reign, and give the guy a fecking break!

Sooner or later - or normally later when all relevant arguments have been used up and the truth is revealed, the blind followers start using different techniques to silence the crowd. This could take the form of questioning the committment or the "trueness" of the other party. They see themselves elevated above the rest and as protectors of the club and its values.

This can not be allowed to work. Blind faith will only make things worse. True fans do ask questions and demand results. True fans do not silence opposing views.

The one thing I can interpret from this is that the club is in a deep crisis. This crisis is "on the field" and the solution is a change of personnel. The crisis is not as big as the previous one. That crisis was "off pitch - finance" and ended up destroying the team - so it became a full blown crisis destroying Roy's tenure and Rafas final two years. How Rafa was able to grind out those results down to the bitter end is impressive. Roy was destined to fail, and foolish to take charge of the club with things as bad as they were.

Kenny has orchestrated a "on pitch crisis" with potential to drag the club into another full blown off pitch - money crisis. This will depend on the owners financial muscles. Can they overcome Kennys wasted millions or will Kenny's blunders in the transfer market ruin  the clubs finances for the next 10 years?

Thankfully the Liverpool supporters who fought hard for the removal of Gillette & Hicks and any puppet that was installed as a mis-manager of the team won the day in the end....that was a fight fought "through the wind and the rain" . The LFC associates who used the internet & radio phone-ins to lambast Benitez and cheered when he was replaced with Roy were always going to walk alone .........ask anyone at the game today, who the fu.ckwits are;

I was in the crowds supporting the team whilst Hodgson was destroying the team.

Firstly, no matter what sh'it newspaper you read, we are not in a crisis.
Secondly, I have been on the Kop for nearly 40 years (by the way its all seated now so people arent "stood on that Kop") and the people who sit around me would never boo our team, even when Hodgson was in charge, and especially when KK is manager. They are grown men and come to support the team no matter what. Of course they have a moan and criticise players, but boo? Never. They show their frustration by getting up and leaving early.
No no, only little smeg addicts like you would stand there with your lips pursed like a prozzy in an alleyway. All the while thinking "Ive paid my entrance fee and I have the right to behave like a cringey gobsh'ite"

I doubt very much if you are a supporter and question whether youve ever been inside Anfield at all.

Once Hodgson was installed as manager of LFC, I gave him the benefit-of-the-doubt and I have no qualms admitting as much. His tenure nose dived dramatically but unlike Dalglish, Hodgson never defended his players or supporters and on top of that the football he had the team playing was diabolically negative. So, it became clear to me that the soundbites in the media and the football he had us playing was not going to take us forward. I don't believe this to be the case with Dalglish. Secondly, I also have no qualms in admitting that I thought Rafa's time was up, events conspired against him but IMO he became Houllier-esque towards the end of his reign as manager here. Under different circumstances, who knows but I can't speculate about something that might have been, rather construct opinions on 'what were'.

If that makes me a "fuckwit", then so be it I have no qualms about this either because after all football is about opinions and everyone has got one, even though some are 'more and constantly negative' than other's.
