Liverpool have reasons to be proud even if someone removed all the titles they've won in the pitch. Only for the crowd, you have many reasons to be proud. You don't even need the titles.

Anyone who has had a passing interest in this case has known these details for years!  Why has Straw only just acted?  Looks fishy to me - maybe he did it to try and deflect attention from the government's Libya stuff?  Really, can anybody explain to me why Straw suddenly decided to let Shields go when we've all known he's innocent for years and years?

great to have him home after a long fought battle, firstly getting him out of the bulgaria cesspit of a jail and then to actually freeing him altogether.

i do think jack straw has dragged his heels and michael could have been freed a lot sooner but he is out and thats all that matters.

welcome home michael.
