To be honest Maypax, so have I..... I've been in the desert on a job for a couple of months so I never even knew that Kuyt was injured!

It'll have to be N'gog than..... but the boy looks like he's a little lightweight and lacks fire in the belly..... Any of the kids ready for step up in such a big game?

Can maxi play upfront?

Could be an issue MH.

I have doubts whether Johnson has the ability to deliver a cross well or beat his man.

I hear you neil...... I do agree that this is worth a shot..... maybe against the lesser lights..... not against the likes of Chelsea though..... ashley cole will make mince meat of carra.

Bit of a gamble against quality opposition methinks.

not against Chelsea for sure. such an experienced team of winners like them...even a tiny moment of lapse in concentration could cost us.

perhaps Maxi could play just behind Torres?

He's got the smarts I think to play in the position.... so maybe worth a try.

But he does tend to drift in and out of games does Maxi.

This is a truly wishful prediction - as I fear, but in my hope and lurve of this 'club' I pray for the best - of course I may be dellusional too, but in the spirit of the game, I am a football supporter and I can be 'outta-me-head' ... 2-0 Liverpool !
