All the post war trophy winning teams have contained a Scot.
From Billy Liddel and Ian St John, all the way up to Gary McCallister in the treble winning side.
To re-kindle our winning ways we need to sign a Scot, are there any good prospects out there or do we have one in the youth teams. ?

No they are all sh#te hate that barry ferguson hes ****** and they arnt what they used to be :angry:

Think the SPL is the best league in the world they can all get to f#ck.
There is no one to lace the boots of the likes of dalgliesh, Hanson, souness of young an mcallister.
Thats why Holland beat them 6-0, thats why rangers are out the UEFA and looks like celtic will be out the CL.
grrrrrrrrrrrr sorry but they really p#ss me off.

Sorry mate cant stand them sick of them saying LFC is sh#te celtic and rangers are the best the england teams sh#te, new name for our manager rafael beneath us. etc redrider mate they think they are the bees knees, im not just saying it im always arguin with them, as to the insult and comments they make about our team, it is all true but at the end of the day what would you expect coming from a two horse race league.
Its down to pure jealousy that we have achieved so much and they so little, and they cant play in the prem as they reckon they would win the league every year they are having a laugh :laugh:

Scottish fans support religion.
english fans support there teams.
nothing but biggots with catholic and prossadent differences.
IRA, UVF have nothing to do with football but both supporters support either one and it has nothing to do with football what so ever.

the days when the words "scottish" and "talent can be said in the same sentence are long gone. it must be a nightmare for berti vogts because where as sven has 50 top notch players to choose from, vogts struggles to find 15-16. james mcfadden was supossedly the next big thing but his career has gone down the pan at everton.

by the way, i heard hampden park was to be renamed the o2 stadium. after all, that's what the score normally is everytime scotland play there.

I think the Scots will come again, although they admit that they have huge problems in their schools in relation to sports. Their rugby team is also struggling terribly.

i don't think scotland have been helped by the fact that a lot of the premier league teams, especially the old firm, have reverted to bringing in a lot of cheap, overrated foreigners.

that pretty much sums it up when he's first choice in central midfield. if you named me all the players in the scotland squad right now, i couldn't tell you who most of them played for.

Seems hard to believe that there is so little Scottish Talent, the Scottish Junior Football leagues around the Central Belt were very strong.
How can an area which has been so rich in Football Talent dry up overnight ? There must be some nuggets out there. Is Ron Yeats still on the scouting staff or did Rafa send him off to join Baden Powell and the other Boy Scouts ?

Darren Fletcher?

He's a quality prospect and a very good player at present. I'd have him for Liverpool no questions asked. Over the next few years i expect him to become a very good player.

Scotland have some decent players. They just don't have a manager and a system that knows how to use them.

They lack striking options.

They're midfield is potentially superb. Ferguson, Fletcher and McFadden have alot of ability. Theres also a young lad at Rangers called Chris Burke who's a very good prospect, small red headed lad with good pace and tenacity and very good dribbling skills. Plays on the right of midfield.

Maloney of Celtic had potential aswell but under O'Neil he'll never fullfill it.
