SG needs to reinvent himself this season, last year his contribution was weak (not considering the injury etc..) as was his England performance (captain, what captain?) so for me it wouldnt be a massive blow if he bowed out. Put it this way, if he moved, I imagine he'd put more effort into a new club than he will next season for LFC.
As for Carra, the sooner we find a long term replacement the better, the lad is clearly past his prime.
Realise I dont tow the line, but maybe its the benefit of distance.

He's definately not the player he was a couple of years ago for me. That's natural though, physically he won't be quite the same specimen. He wouldn't be the first player who has to slightly change the way he plays in order to take into account the onset of time, and like many others my guess is that he'll go back to being one of a central two or three as opposed to playing off Torres this season.
