I wouldn't mind Steven Ireland coming in but would prefer it if we used Kuyt or Voronin as the exchange.

have you seen how much he is asking for in wages (£75000 a week)

i think that is a little over the top for a player who is still very young and who has been injured

yes he is a good! player but not sure he is that good

its a shame about voronin really, he looked pretty decent during pre-season.

Being Irish I should be patriotic but trust me - you don't want Stephen Ireland here.

First of all, he is a headcase - defo trouble.

Secondly - not good enough. He is a decent player but not good enough for LFC.

lets look at the evidence

in pre season liverpool fans made big song and dance about voronin being possibly better than torres.
because of the fans raving about how good voronin was, rafa decided to leave the main man torres on the bench.

so if you want to know why voronin plays,its because we told rafa we liked voronin.
suddenly things go wrong and people forget why they liked voronin.

for a free transfer that does not kick up a fuss when left out and wants to be at liverpool,i have no problem with voronin being a squad player but i do have a problem with kuyt being a 1st team player. :blues:

i dont blame voronin for being average....it aint his fault,hes always played like this

i blame rafa for signing him and then putting him ahead of crouch and babel in the striking pecking order

Rafa was clearly "had" over Kuyt.

As for Voninin, I don't mind if he plays tonight with kuyt/crouch - rest Torres ( I know I always complain about rotation but I don't mind a weakened team in the FA cup)
