I like Brendan but he has obviously lost this group of players, to be 5-0 down at HT against Barcelona would be considered a disgrace, never mind Stoke. He needs to get a reaction out of them and quick.

If we sold everyone apart from Sakho Henderson and Coutinho I don't think I could come up with an argument against it.

As much as the fans are sick of listening to him its become obvious that the players feel the same.

even as we tried to avoid Europa next season, there's no need to disgrace ourselves with these kind of scoreline. This is Stevie's final game ffs

As one of the old guys on this forum, I can sadly say I have never seen such a dispirited squad in all my life. Even during the worst of G&H the squad held together and played for the shirt. The only pressure these lads are under is to win, the manager is happily executing an agreed strategy and yet the manager, team and club are falling apart in front of our eyes. What confidence can you take forward into the new season.. why would any top player want to join this shower in the coming window. Sadly only a new manager can bring in a change of mindset and drive things forward again.

Jesus, we can't even take throw-ins now.
