better in the second half. strangely looked a lot better after going 4-4-2. thought konchesky played well and mereiles certainly showed promise.

we're so weak in the air though against crosses into the box.

Once he took our best player off Raul and brought on Jovanovich and Agger that signalled for the draw and to sit off them. Thank feck we have gerrard to keep us with a bit of respect.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

The crosses shouldn't be coming into the box, though. Not from that far out.

never nice to loose but we didn't really deserve anything out of that.
We could complain about them not being down to 10 men but i think thats clutching at straws.
Maxi should be no where near the first team he does not offer us anything, just doesn't suit the set up and looks lost.
We need more pace all over the pitch but in particular out wide.
We really should be looking to get Babbel and Pacheco more involved in the first team.
They will provide alot more than Maxi.
Poulson looked to improve but his lack of pace is also worrying.
I'm suprised at how long it takes Roy to make his subs!
Gutted to loose but i wasn't expecting much more than what we got!

I said weeks ago that the midfield looks devoid of any pace.

Showed some promise in the 2nd half but tbh it was never going to be enough. Maybe time to give sotos and agger a run at centre back, we seem to be struggling with crosses.
Thought meriles showed willing, but maxi doesn't deserve to play again this season, would rather have babel tbh.

Jesus there's some whoppers on here  I don't know if some of you are deliberately trying to go on a wind up or you are being serious. One or two of you should read back through this thread, it's embarrassing.
