Hell of a time to rest Enrique like, away to top of league in a semi final and a game we lost 3-0 not long back. Very odd indeed unless hes got a knock. Least its more attack minded than last time but stay in the tie and that will do me tonight tbh.

Maxi doesn’t even make the squad and 3 defenders on the bench? Enrique missed the FA cup on Friday so I’m surprised he hasn’t been restored to the starting 11. I’m also surprised that Gerrard played the full 90 on Friday and is starting today. We should have taken if off against Oldham after the 3rd goal went in.

bizarre that maxi keeps getting overlooked

Whilst I rate Kelly and Johnson, I don't see why we would move Glen over to the left and essentially play him out of position?

Maxi really can't understand why he isn't even on the bench, he offers a goal threat. I think Kenny has overlooked him too often this season.
Do we need 2 centre half's and a full back on the bench?

City have no Kompany, Yaya Toure or David Silva. Great opportunity to get a result.

Definitely starting to feel for Maxi. I wonder if Kenny plans on resting him today and starting him Saturday against Stoke.
