Man City 1 - 3 Liverpool (Carrol 2, Gerrard)

It'll be a scrappy game with City taking the lead but a goal by Carrol before half time will make it 1 - 1. Then in the second half Gerrard will score a screamer and in the last 5 mins Carrol will get his second.

Enrique could probably use a rest.. I'm pretty sure he's played 90 minutes in every game in every competition this season if I'm not mistaken

Richards and Johnson are big threats. A big shame that Enrique doesnt start here.

If we can get Gerrard on the ball then I can see us getting behind their back4 with Bellamy and Carroll causing them problems. Just hope Downing can step up his game tonight because we really need him to keep Clichy from getting up the flank regularly.

I thought the same. Then I had a look at his appearences.

According to soccernet, he hasn't missed a minute of league football this season. He's played every minute of every league game.
