Although by the style we are currently playing their is no use for carrol on field ,just a wasted position at this stage.

Ok Glen, what i want you to do is, when they have the ball on the left, your right back, but if i tweak my nipple like "this" go centre, but if i have my right hand in my pocket, move up to the left wing. If i have my left hand on my head and my right hand in my left tracksuit pocket then i want you marking the lad with the funny hair. If both hands are in my pocket then go sweeper..

Got it?
