Great result.  Ground-out but easily the kind of game that LFC would have drawn or lost in the past few seasons.  Top result getting the 3 points not playing that well in the 2nd half.  Go on you REDS.

poor 2HF...

Could've done much better. Took far too long to respond to the changes from Villa and it was unclear what he was trying to achieve except hang on
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

We did not deserve to win that game, no question about it. Mignolet the hero again. They completed dominated the second half and we could put nothing together. 5 shots the whole game, only 1 on target... We talk about how we are going very attacking but we're lacking something clearly. Toure was fantastic again, if he keeps this up he's gonna have a great season.

With that said, thrilled about the three points. This is massive for us to get the 3 points on a club who has been playing some fantastic football, and away from home. It's nice to finally win a game we didn't deserve to, then continually drawing or losing games we deserved to win.

Clattenburg is a f*cking c*nt. We had what, 2 fouls for us the entire second half? He gave that free kick against Lucas, which was *****, then turns around and has a perfectly clear view of the pen Sturridge should have had and doesn't give it. That pen was clear as day, no question about it.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
