C'mon the pool

The Superleague stuff happened at the worst period with our game against Leeds happening in the middle of it. I'm sure it affected our players and manager in a negative way and we dropped points because of it. Fortunately it also happened to Chelsea, so we're still in the race.

With Chelsea and West Ham playing eachother later today, a win for us against Newcastle will put us above one of them or on level points with both. In any case I don't think we can afford to drop anymore points until the end of the season, so a win is a must.

Newcastle are a generally a negative team so you can 7nderstand Jurgens thinking.

Disappointed to see Fab taken out of midfield. Would've preferred to see him in his best position and give Phillips (who's done well) another go . I'm always concerned when I see Thiago's name in the team sheet. I've said it before, a quality player BUT couldn't tackle a teabag with giving away a free kick or picking up a card and he has never "fitted" our game.

p.s. Didn't realise Phillips was injured    . Still would have preferred Fab in midfield.

Honestly dont know why we signed Davies. Absolutely no point in bringing him in if we wont use him.

Haven't seen us playing on BT sports in a while that I actually forgot how bad their commentary is.

One of the good things about Jota is his ability to use both feet. 

As much as we have control we need to take advantage because they are very much still in this.

Should have been 2-0 there. We need another goal.

Man does Salah waste some amount of chances.
