I can understand if we get dominated, or play against quality side...but we were treating this as a friendly and misses chances left and right, got lucky then try to give it away again. This is just bullshyte, no leader, no character, no balls in this team

Unbelievable that we can get a reprieve like that on 93 minutes and then concede again a minute later. To be fair considering what went on last Sunday it will probably be poetic justice if we don’t qualify for the CL, going from trying to rig it so we are never out of it to not even being in it in 6 days. Nice. Make no mistake about it fans from not just our main rivals but the other 91 league clubs will have been dancing around their living rooms when Willock put that in.

We don't deserve UCl next season, we deserve Thursday night footy going away to some farmer club.
Tbh we don't even deserve Europa, just play the squad players and finish 8th. Get this season over with.

Big changes won’t happen mate, our owners were already crying poverty because of this Covid thing and now with no CL it will be even worse. When VVD and Joe Gomez picked up long term injuries everyone in football was expecting us to have a top centre half lined up and ready to go on January the 1st (this was when we were top of the league) what happened though was we ended up scrambling around in the bargain bucket in the last couple of days of the window.

Yes we've lost VVd, Gomez but we have to admit we've been ***** uptop. Salah has been scoring but the rest just don't chip in. Nothing from Mane, Firmino and nothing from midfield as usual. I hope we don't even finish in a Europa spot. If no UCL than I'd rather we completely miss out on Europe.

Should had sold the top 3 when they had value. Now they're pushing 30 and worth half of what they once was.

Im going to refrain from slagging our players tbh, they have done the club and the shirt proud over the last 3 - 4 years but it’s plainly obvious now that this team is coming to the end of its natural cycle, it’s just part of football I’m afraid and unless someone invents a time machine it’s impossible to stop. They even showed their class as men when they stood up to be counted over this ESL thing.
This team needs breaking up and we need to start again. Evolution would have been preferable to revolution but the owners didn’t invest enough in the team when we were on top for that.

I know Salah has been getting the goals but he misses far to many. It's honestly ridiculous to see some of the stuff he does in front of goal.  We had and certainly he had enough chances to put that game to bed first half. Get the second and it's a different game where as Newcastle just grew and grew with confidence the longer it went on.

We could have lost that, not that it didnt feel like one anyway but that goal ruled out for handball was a massive stroke of luck. Cant believe we let them in again after that 

That is CL gone now and it's our own fault. Those players have broken and made records in the last 2 seasons but picked up another this year titled the worse defence of a league ever!!

Changes are needed in the summer and it's up front where they need to happen. None of that 3 should be guaranteed  starting places.

Is Davies injured ? Really dont get why we needed Fab in defence against these. Its plain obvious we are better with him in midfield.
