Really nasty challenge by Shelvey there..  The type I do on Fifa when trying to get a player sent off.

i don't know why there has been talk, whether there is anything in it or not, about selling or loaning shelvey. i'm convinced the kid is going to be a massive player for us.

No way in hell we should sell him, that makes no sense, but loaning him out, in my opinion, would be really smart.

We've got Gerrard, Lucas and soon allegedly Allen who we hope can start, most of our games.  Hendo needs some games and we won't loan him out, Adam is still there (not that I prefer him to Shelvey) and then we still have Joe Cole, possibly Dempsey coming in.  There's just too many.  Gerrard, Lucas and Allen would keep him from getting many games in the first place. 

Instead we loan him to a club like Swans where he will start every game and could get a lot better with all the game time.  He's going to improve a lot wherever he plays, but I feel that he would improve more if he could be playing at the top level all the time.

Yeah. Hope we can keep Bellamy like you said, but I think that we all know that that is unlikely.
