Chopping and changing is the last thing we should do. The performance against Norwich wasn't bad, it's the individual errors and tge result. A stable familiar formation would cut down on errors and further improve the performance.

It's the best formation we can come out with at the moment mate, we need to start with it at some point and keep it. The third CB in the 3-5-2 is useless especially against opponents like Villa, can't see why would you prefer this over the 4-4-2 diamond, which is similar only has an extra man in midfield instead of defence. Unless you think that the two fullbacks will do better going forward if it's 3 at the back, because they won't.

Glad to see Sakho and Moreno have deservedly kept their place.

Firmino has a broken bone in his back mate

Wait, what?!?! When the f*ck did this happen? And how have I not read anything about it?

Wether it's 442 or 352 Clyne has to start offering us more down the right, Moreno isn't the best defender in the world but at least the lad has a go.

My reservation with the diamond is that we don't have width with those players. With 3-5-2, the wing backs provide the width. And Clyne and Moreno are perfect for wing back roles. IMHO, Moreno was easily MOTM against Norwich.

He did it against Carlisle mate, he went off early because of it, he went up for a header and landed on his back

That's where I think you're wrong mate, the fullbacks (at least our current fullbacks) won't offer any extra width if it's 3 at the back, maybe only marginally. If we're in control of the game they'll move further up regardless of how many CBs we have at the back.
