Arsenal could very well get a result against them but cant see anyone else realistically getting the job done against them...
then you have US on the other hand... is there any chance we'd go out and win all our remaining games in the league ?
title is as good as lost and we might aswell focus on Europe now...

F*ck right off!

These are the type of responses I was talking about earlier.

aCe has only voiced his opinion.

ER's response has started the aggro - if we want threads to be clear of flame wars, then I'd say let's
abstain from such replies. They're uncalled for.

An opinion met by my opinion of his defeatist opinion. What do you want me to say or do? Applaud? Shake his hand? Bollox. How many away fans were at Fulham? How many stayed for 30 minutes after the game chanting "we're gonna win the league"? If I stood and voiced his opinion in the middle of that lot, what would be the response? Yeah, "FUCK OFF!", that's probably what.

ER - Im not gonna argue with you about what is right or wrong.

I will be there on Saturday against Blackburn, and I will be going as mad as I was against Villa.
I would be like this even if I harboured doubts about whether I thought we were gonna do it.

A football forum has nowt to do with "supporting" the team, IMO. The "support" is what happens at the ground. End of.

Ive made this point countless times before, but the penny just doesn't seem to drop.

This threads gone to war  :D

By the way agree with Effes and Effes agrees with me too, lovely turkish lager  :D

Just because some people think the league is over and choose to post it on an internet forum doesnt mean they are not a fan, it means they have doubts.

If they went the Blackburn match i am sure these same people would be supporting the team and singing their hearts out.

But the internet and forums are a place to put out your actual feelings knowing it makes f'ck all difference as the players are not going to be affected by it.

Some people care to much about others opinions its bizarre.

I would love everyone to read my posts and think yeah he is right everything he says is always 100% accurate and always makes sense.

But we are all different, we all have different opinions and also a different level of how positive we are in certain situations.

It doesnt mean anyone is less of a fan or that they hope united win the league and Rafa gets the sack, they just have less belief.

If we do win the league then the people who have doubted it most will celebrate just as much or if not more as they didnt expect it.

Thats my take on things anyway !

Listen they've conceded 8 in their last 3 games.

We have scored 16 goals conceeded only once and that was a penalty against them kunts.

Do they look like a side that will win their next 8 games? No. Do we look like a side that can win our next 7 games? feckin right we do.

Does our manager and players believe we can do it? To right.

Now grow some balls, fasten your seatbelts WE ARE IN A TITLE RACE lots of twists and turns yet to come secure all lose items this is going to be one hell of a ride.

Hold your nerve we are going to do it. Why? because we just will.

Now get behind Rafa and the boys or get off the train if you dont have the bottle for it.
Our lads need us more than ever now when did Liverpool fans start being scared? Never, your either with us or your not dont be afraid of the dark, at the end of a storm theres a golden sky for your dreams be tossed and blown WALK FUCKING ON WITH HOPE IN YOUR HEART.

We beat Blackburn go back top of the league the mancs play Sunderland they will be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtrEN-YKLBM Rooney and Ronaldo will be acting the goat again, Rooney will lose his rag knowing we are back top of the league.

They will be away from home Sunderland fans giving them abuse and singing YNWA, Cisse and Jones harrassing their defence, Cisse to do his old club a favour cause hes getting called a scouse b@stard and a murderer like Gazbaz got called yesterday.

Sunderland should have atleast got a draw at Old tw@tford they where really unlucky, they need the points no bending over backwards with a tube of KY jelly in hand.

We face fat sams hoof merchants but we will find a breakthrough best atmosphere for an early kick off ever at Anfield cheering the lads all the way to 3 points.

They are http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtrEN-YKLBM like never before because its us, and we need to stay calm. I remember a poor scouser Tommy who was shot an old nazy gun, as he lay on the battle field dyin, dyin, dyin with the blood rushin out of his head, as he lay on the battle field dyin these where the last words he said I support the team that plays in red its a team that we all know its a team that we call LIVERPOOL AND TO GLORY WE WILL GO.

The reds are comin up the hill boys, the reds are comin up the hill boys, they all laugh at us, they all mock at us, they all say our days are numbered born to be a scouser, victorious are we. If you wana win a cup then you better hurry up cause we're LIVERPOOL F.C.

We're gona be back on our perch Furgie you alckie poker faced kunt.

Think its time for this to be brought back up and hopefully people will now stick to the thread subject .

Just a question about linguistics, reading that table, can already be this considered a title challenge?

Meaning, I've heard "title challenge" hundred of times, but what does it imply to be close of the title until the last week? or is this already a title challenge?

Well I think we still have a chance of winning the whole thing, Manure do not look good at the moment although I am a bit nervous of them gaining confidence from beating Villa. I'm still so annoyed about that late goal they got, would have been so sweet if the Villains had held them to a draw but it wasn't to be, all we can do is keep winning and hope they slip up, and if they continue playing like they have then they will slip up for sure.

nice one mic

now what were we saying :D

in my eye all we can do is just keep playing like we have been and put as much presure on the mancs and hope they screw up if we keep winning that is all we can do i believe we still have a chance, i can see them drawing and losing once each and i can see us ( so long as we play like we have been for the last month ) winning all are games

i'm not saying it will be easy but i think we can do and i believe!! bring it home guys

Hopefully the mancs will be blinded by that late goal as all it masked was how poor they really were - the worst thing about the game was the way they lauded ronaldo all game and going on about his second goal being a wonder strike and now claiming this kid is the next messi , hopeully it will make them over confident and next time they will be just as sh ite and drop points . the form and confidence is with us .
