Dont mean to jinx but does anyone know when the semis will be IF we
get thru?

They are set for 24/25 April and 1/2nd May - I may need to book time off work

I am so happy this game is going to be on espn2 so I dont have to go and spend money at a bar w/ setanta. Anyway I think Rafa might go with:
                Reina
Finnan   Carra    Hyypia      Aurelio
Pennant  Gerrard  Alonso     Riise
           Crouch   Kuyt
Subs:
Dudek
Agger
Mascherano
Bellamy
Zenden
Fowler
Arbeloa

Crouch has to play as he is our only striker who has found the back of the net recently, and I look for Kuyt to score in his homecoming, 2-0 Kuyt, Crouch.

Tough match. We can't afford to be complacent, and we MUST go for them in Eindhoven. We can't sit off and hope to do them at Anfield.

I personally would play the same team as Saturday, save for Finnan in at RB, Arbeloa at LB, and Aurelio pushing up to left wing in place of Gonzalez.

It has to be said that Aurelio is proving to be a f*cking brilliant aquisition, and he's the only fit player we have who can cross a ball from the left.

Riise misses out as I just can't justify dropping Fabio or Alvaro, especially when he's been sh*te all season, save for the odd occasion.

The team would look like this:

                                            Reina

        Finnan               JC                         Agger              Arbeloa

                         Alonso                           Mascherano
Pennant                                                                                     Aurelio
                                      Gerrard

                                                    Crouch.

Defensive solidity, attacking flair, and more importantly - GOALS!

The ONLY reason I wouldn't play that team is through injury or fatigue. (Gerrard came off with a leg injury, and will be tired anyway having played for England midweek.)

Personally, I will despare if Crouch is not in the starting lineup against PSV tomorrow, hopefully alongside Bellamy. PSV will obviously know all about Kuyt and he's been poor since the new year. Crouch's height and nifty footwork combined with Bellamy's pace and strength should put the sh#ts up them.

His footwork to score his third goal on Saturday was incredible...even more so for such a tall man. If that was a Brasilain or similar doing that, all the soccer journalists would be creaming themselves now.

I too hope Crouchy starts but I think playing him with Kuyt wouldn't be so much of a bad option. Just like Sissoko used his La Liga experience to dominate the midfield against Barcelona, I think Kuyt can do the same. His striking experience in the Dutch Eridivisie surely gives him an advantage especially as he would of played against the PSV defenders on more than one occasion. I think these games are the games where you need to play experienced players.

IMO doesn't matter who will play.
PSV is on the edge of a breakdown. They probably will loose the league championship. I'd say it will be an easy 0-4

With PSV playing without 2 of it's better players Alex and Koone ,we should have an easier time defeating them.

I also like crouch to start ,he just doesn't fail with each chance he gets.

We need to close the deal tomorrow.
