Why ?  if it's temporary and can't play with us right now, I find that Espanyol of Barcelona is a nice club in which he'd pick experiencie in top football, unlike Albacete

I doubt he will get many oppotunites, what with Warnock, Riise, Kewell and Zenden as pure left sided players plus Garcia often plays there. And who knows Troare may still be around.

He's supposed to be a brilliant winger though Luke.
I doubt we'd loan him out next season without him having played a game for us.

The idea was always to loan him out to a Spanish side until the end of the season due to the work permit problems.

Apparently the fee we have agreed with Albacente is around £4m so Rafa must really rate him to wait all this time while he's been injured, fail a work permit and pay £4m for a young lad
