There's little chance Kewell would accept a pay as you play deal bearing in mind he's not been playing, that would be like doing piece work with no pieces to be done! He's gone, no appearance in ages and Rafa has had enough. If Kewell had any sense he'd have negotiated an early release or bought out his contract. He's not even 30 yet, there's no way he'd be happy playing a bit part role when he could be playing regularly elsewhere or for shedloads of money in certain parts of the world

Don't see the point in playing Kewell at all. don't care how many goals he scores or sets up in the next two weeks, he isn't going to do enough to earn a contract AND its not like we can even show that he is healthy and still go it to impress teams that want to buy him, because he will be on a free. I say we play Gerardo Bruna down the left, unless he is out on Spanish youth duty, other than him I can' think of any talented left footed players in the squad. FFS he was apparently called the "Messi of Madrid" that alone is enough for me to play him in a 1st team game of no REAL significance. If he is unavailable I guess you can stick Riise out there.

Maradona has said that he could be better than Messi, but I also think he has been quoted with a lot of other crazy stuff lately too

im gonna go watch this up the gym with my headphones on & just sit on the sittin down bike machine lool...went the pub 2 c the chelsea match & it just reminded me why i h8 watch liverpool in pubs...........manc & everton fans slaggin us off all the noise around u off locals talkin well u tryin 2 concentrate on the match

plus u have 2 buy a pint so ur always tipsy come the 60 min mark so u cant really concentrate on the match urself
