Gerrard should go now - If you want out, ****** off

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

You're NOT bigger than Liverpool FC and if you think you're you can leave now.  30 million will go a long way and i'd rather play Biscan than Gerrard who can't be bothered.  Owen was like this last year and look at him now...keeping the bench warm at Real and in danger of losing his England place...

i say sell Garrard and DEMAND 30million pounds + Parker.  If they refuse...offer him around Europe for 35 million cash. Don't mess about, 10 of the top clubs in Europe would pay ANY price for him.

Be fair , I think Gerrard was thrown in because of the importance of the 3 points required ,he obviously wasn't fully recovered but did what he could .

To be absolutely fair mate, though he was very poor today I feel sure that he's some way short of being fully fit.

i agree about his fitness but i really think Rafa should sit Gerrard down and ask him if he's in or out....the Owen saga really got to me because he looked like a player who thought we were a stepping stone for his 'big move'! We need players who want to play...thats why Raven and Warnock are a step in the right direction.

if Gerrard said he wants to leave...fine, so be it.  But he IS on a 5 year contract and if we don't get a huge price then he goes nowhere... ???

Hell, demand 40 million for him!  :;):

Its a shame that Houllier gave this boy the Captaincy, cos at the same time, Houllier was hoping for support from the fans by making a bold move like that. A boy captaining the club he barracked for all his life, is a boyhood dream for all young players. At the same time, Houllier gave the weight of expectation and burden of a sucessful club, and that is a huge mistake to give that to a player who is just finding his rythym in the game. He will leave, only because we put such great stress on the boy, when all he wats to do is to play. Its obvious. He will go, and it will be great for the club to recieve such financial rewards for bringing up the lad, the money will go a long way to buy a replacement, and start to build a team that has depth in every position.

If Raven and Warnock are prepared to give there all for the club give them a chance.

Look at the Neville brothers.  True, they are plonkers but all they care about is trying to win for their club.  There lives are consumed with the scum.  They aren't the most gifted footballers in the world but they'll put their necks on the line for Utd.  They ar even more committed when playing against us and Arsenal because they know how much it means to theirs fans.

We don't need to be prowling around europe for more "gifted" signings, we need to focus on getting our players mentally fit to play for Liverpool.

Everyone knows he said he will sign for them this summer for 27 mill, its not new news is it?
He sh#t bagged his way out last season fearing a backlash from fans who idolise him, but this time, he knows hes goin and he wont care, as not to face us in the CL next season why should he help our course?
Im sick of the way Liverpool is workin f@ckin scared to discamode players tell em to buck up or f@ck off.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

I'm sorry but Gerrard must leave, its clear that his heart is not at this club. What p1sses me off is that he signed a contract in the summer, he's bringing himself and the team down.
