14 games left, 42 points up for grabs

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

There are 14 games left to be played in the EPL, 42 max. points can be collected. Out of 42 points how much do you think we will get? I think we will drop 9-12 points and get 32 or 35 points from a possible 42.

LOL, judgin by Satdys results, they may do worse than us!! We must have God on our side to have Norwich come back from 4-1 down to keep Boro below us, and for Everton to sell one of their best players this season. I couldnt believe my ears when I heard the Boro score, felt sure we were droppin a place after Soton.
I seriously think Everton have dropped a bolok sellin Gravesen, and we can give ourselves a big help at the Valley shortly. Gonna be hard if Sammi's still out tho, the defence looks anythin but firm even with him, heaven help us without!

I still think we'll get 4th.  Its just dissapointing for a lot of people given all the hype at the start of the season.  Still I side at the time that we have to be content, not happy but content, with 4th this season and being closer to the champions.  Baby steps my friends, baby steps.

4th or otherwise aside there is no denying that Benitez has made progress this season. The last week aside we have played some great football, made the last 16 of the CL and probably the Carling cup final. Ok its not Challenging for the title but seriously did anyone in here believe that was possioble att eh start of the season ?

Nothing is impossible but it's all up to the players themselves . If they want to play in CL next season, they will go 110 % each every game. They have to play as if that game is the last game for them and their career in LFC.

I think we need between 28-33 points to get that 4th spot but we need to beat everton and boro in Anfield ..
