The Premier League should be wary of Liverpool if they reach two cup finals this season, according to Luis Suarez.
Kenny Dalglish's Carling Cup winners are just 90 minutes away from the FA Cup final after defeating Stoke at the weekend to reach the semi-finals.
Merseyside rivals Everton or Sunderland stand between Liverpool and another final and Suarez wants to progress in order to demonstrate his club's improvement.
The striker, who moved to Anfield in January 2011, told Liverpool's official website ahead of Wednesday's league game at QPR: "I think after such a long period, to get to two finals in one season would be great for the club, a real positive.

Luis Suarez Quotes of the week
"It would show just how the team are getting used to the manager's system and style of play, as well as how well the new arrivals have settled into the side. That's a good sign for next season, too.
Special
"It would be something really special. To be just a season-and-a-half with a club and win two medals would be great. It's just a case of trying to keep calm and collected, and waiting for the game to come around.
"If we get the chance to win it, then we can enjoy it, because winning trophies is never easy, especially here in England."
The FA Cup is Liverpool's only realistic target for the remainder of the season, as they sit 10 points off the Premier League's top four and subsequent UEFA Champions League qualification .
