I think this says it all Lee:

Finally, Fernando Torres also left the club on deadline day. What is your reaction to that?

We're disappointed that he's gone but the football club will continue and the football club will try its best to move on and go from strength to strength. The football club will appreciate people that have been here and had a go for the club, but it won't dwell on the past. We'll look forward and look upwards hopefully.

I think I have said it before, but there is no one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

and again:

Anyone who had any doubts about hunger or anybody taking this club forward, they're gone now. In the summer we'll be looking forward to trying to enhance what we've got.

It was busy but I think very beneficial to the football club.

.. says it all really - no words of thanks.. they made him loiter until all our deals were done.. they made him train ..and train alone  :nod ain't no messing with Kenny  :buttrock

:(

I did not know he turned up at a few games and sat in the kop. he said it was something that just had to be done lol

dont know how long he would have sat there before being mobed by fans, but he seems to have got away with it, he is always welcome at our club.

He is a legend, few men in football are like Sami these days. He never complained, he never sulked, he never had a bad word on anyone, he always gave 110% on the field and he was a top player and gentleman.

Learn from him you spanish rent boy, your not even half the man Sami is.

I can only hope you are very young or very foreign, that paper is not tolerated here EVER!! If you are unsure why I suggest you do some research on the internet before returning.

Has anyone spotted on the BBC reports that Ancelotti hadn't even met him when he was doing his interviews today?

thats a bit bad, but when you think he might not be the manager in a few weeks its no shock.
