I would have preferred Gerrard and Aquilani in CM against a poor team like Wolves in a 4-4-2 formation, but I think we will sweep these away whatever formation we play....... if the players turn up and perform anyway.

Dani on the bench, hopefully he gets a good amount of time to impress, I want to see him playing regularly for us in a few seasons.

Feck looks like our only attacking options off the bench will be kuyt and ngog. 5 seasons and we still don't have a decent bench if players like darby and spearing make it

Hopefully a few who normally make the bench will be too busy packing for the January sell off.

Jan Transfer window looks like Babel , Dossena , Degen , Voronin should all be shipped out , if we manage to get at least 12 million for them we can at least look to make 1 or 2 singings maybe VDV rumored price 8 million , Nistelrooy on loan and Bentley for 5 or so million. Real madrid have loads of players who are looking to leave , gago who's twice the player lucas is , drenthe would be another good cover , guti who on his day vision is up there with the best probably better than fabregas and xavi , but the :censored:

is lazy as feck.
