I never thought we would win the league this season but I must admit we have been poorer than I thought but Rafa has to be given to the end of the season I don't think we would gain anything by sacking him.

I can think of plenty managers I wouldn't want if he did go but the list to replace him is pretty short.

I'm more concerned about our owner long term.

I personally agree about waiting until the end of the season.

Fickle or not people will naturally judge him on current form. Played 7 lost 6. Some supporters will also bear in mind that millions have been wasted over the previous five years on duds. Leaving us where we are today. Some may even feel that it has taken Rafa a very long time to adapt to the English league and learn the hard way about his own methodologies. They also may feel that Rafa's five year plan has well and truly expired.

I can see where some of our supporters are coming from.

LFC is one of the biggest clubs in the world...do you think someone with this type of mentality (coming close) is good enough to MANAGE this club ? Yeah...and i am sure real madrid will be up his alley with that kind of thinking...

He should go at the end of this season....(If purslow can somehow get mourinho...then hey...... benitez can go anytime)

I would be happy right now with 4th and the fa cup but that is very, very optimistic the way things are heading right now.
At the beggining of the season we were hotly tipped by many pundits to go all the way, it is only just November and we are struggling to make it into next years CL! that is not progress by anyones standards.
Any manager who believes players like Voronin and Babel are worthy of the shirt is dilusional at best! we could have rescued Michael Owen from the wilderness but Rafa would rather cut off his nose and spite his face!
I will go as far as to say that if it wasn't for Stevie G we wouldn't have won practically anything under the man. 
You can argue about the timing but if you want to put something right then the time IS [U] now.
