Different competition but I'm eager to hear Fergie's response. Haha!

Its looking like we might want United to beat Arsenal in the semis of the CL, (then hopefully Barca will rip them to pieces in the final). The reason I say this is that if Arsenal get through to the final they will go to Old Trafford in the league and field a reserve team, keeping their players for the CL.

Big time mate. Although it's 2 points lost we still needed Utd to drop a few points anyway. All this means is another draw and with them playing those semis that is very possible.

We can do it!

If Arsenal give Utd the same game as we got tonight then the league is still wide open.

I hope I am wrong, but I really can't see that happening.

Unless... Chelsea stumble and give Arsenal a shot at 3rd spot.

even if 5th spot were a little closer, to scare Arsenal a bit, they might make a game of it.

Furgie has just said on SSN that he thought Harry Redknapp is the manager of Portsmouth.

Just read today that Pavel Pogrebnyak is out of contract in November so he should be cheap. He is bound to go to a big club in the summer.

In the midst of United losing Neville and O'Shea to injuries:
"Fortunately, we've got Wes Brown back and he plays for the reserves tomorrow again. That's his second game.
"We'll give him one half because he could be involved on Saturday."

I hope to God that Tottenham's left wing is ready for this game. If he does start a tired Brown, I'll be expecting dropped points.

Well I thought man Utd were absolutely awful against Pompey. They lacked rhythm, tempo and pattern, and really look to me to be a team who is stumbling through matches. Unfortunately, unlike us they've been here before and although the win against Pompey was instantly forgettable, that won't bother them because they'll have instantly forgotten about it.They are good at sitting, closing it out and not panicking. We'll get better in time, but for now we're left hoping somebody can roll them over.

Of their games, Spurs may prove to be one of the most difficult. The North Londoners have absolutely feck all to play for in truth, and can go there and just give it a go. They do possess enough attacking players to hurt the Mancs, and I fancy them to score at least once (probably Keane if he's fit and plays).

We on the other hand visit Hull, and I think we'll have all on to win if I'm honest. We're coming off the back of an epic match against Arsenal, Gerrard doesn't play and they will be quadruple up for it. I fancy them to score at least once against us as well and a draw for both us and the Mancs wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the World.
