Before it gets to the crown it may be thrown out, they will have to have a jury if a scouse liverpool supporting jury are picked well erm........ however there could be an evertonain jury and they would send him to death row![]()
probably just a fine and community service if found guilty, worst case scenario sent down for 6 months but I just cant see that happening.
When the lad who threw the bottle has had his charges dropped a few weeks ago.
