Finnan is just a man though and should get the same punishment as we would. He doesn't seem the flash type - the way Rooney/Cole/Ferdinand etc are and I can't imagine him doing 100 mph blasting music out while admiring his own reflection.

I agree with Stu the Red, before we start criticising the old man for allegedly walking out in front of the car, maybe we might want to wait until the full facts of the matter are revealed, i.e. wait until the case has been processed through our justice system.  Afterall none of us really know what happened.
