None of Kuyt's goals have had much quality to them, and a lot have had a lot of "luck of the bounce" involved. Maybe if he was curling them in from 25 yards out and was getting dropped that would be one thing, but Dirk's luck has just a good a chance of running out in Madrid, plus like some others have mentioned we a half step through the door in qualifying, and we are really going to need Dirk away to Chelsea.
